I'm pretty sure it is a power wire that shorted out, I used a multi meter and it said I had .45 amps at the power seat. I can't find the damn wire though. -__-

my gst has no power seats and i don't have the problem at all, so i would start there. Also did u try dsmtuners.com, baystatedsm.org, or even google it. I got all data at work i'll see if there's any recalls or any thing about it on there. also eclipse's don't have bc computers to my knowledge

Checked all data at work, no recalls or anything noted to it being a major problem. Did however find the wiring skematic for it. There r two wires goin to and from the motors one is white the other is yellow. The white wire is the +, and it does go to the power window switch before going to the seat motor. Im @ work right now when I get home Ill post a pic of the skematic. Hopefully this helps.

Thread revival ftl I'm sorry but I wanted to post up the answer. There was a broken power wire, I by-passed it at the fuse block on the floor, put power to that wire on the relay box and now its all set. Power seat is on the same circuit so it also got corrected.

I wanted to find it and fix it the right way but my teacher decided to be a dick and told me that I had to get my car out of the shop, so I had to do it the other way. Which now I have found out kills my battery. so I have to figure out how to make that stop lol. But the harness went from the relay box, into the dash, and into the engine bay.
